Growing Glass Franchise Welcomes New Creative Services Manager
The Glass Guru Enterprises, Inc. has seen incredible growth the past few years, in spite of many complicating external factors. The home services sector has again proven to be resilient, with many homeowners and investors spending money on residential projects. To address this recent growth and the corresponding increase in creative requests from the organization’s franchisees, The Glass Guru has invested in new Marketing resources, including people and technologies. Early last quarter, after an exhaustive, months-long search, The Glass Guru welcomed a new Creative Services Manager to the company’s team of Marketing professionals. Lee McKinzey came aboard in early Q2 to facilitate the inbound creative requests coming from The Glass Guru franchisees, as well as all creative needs for The Glass Guru brand. Lee’s agency experience really made her well suited to the role, as The Glass Guru acts as a full-service marketing agency for the company’s franchisees.

“Lee’s resume first caught our eye as we were reviewing over a dozen qualified candidates. Her Marketing pedigree and the list of clients she served really stood out. With a number of brands in the home decor category, and experience working with a diverse array of clients had Lee standing out as a top candidate. Then we met Lee, and we just knew that she was going to fit great with our team… Lee possesses an unique and intuitive eye for design. She demonstrates a fierce loyalty to good design, and is not shy about defending it. She’s a self-starter, capable of working effectively in what has become an incredibly entrepreneurial work environment here at The Glass Guru.
