Hello neighbors! We’re Joe and Jessica Grant, owners of The Glass Guru of West Knoxville since 2016. We are a small town business and were both born and raised in this area. I grew up in the Madisonville, TN area, and went to Madisonville High School.
Prior to The Glass Guru, we gained valuable experience in manufacturing and management. For 30 years, Joe worked in manufacturing and soon was a supervisor in that industry. Jessica’s parents own restaurants, so she took advantage of that and gained 30 years of restaurant management and office management experience.
We started The Glass Guru because we enjoy helping people and wanted to have a positive impact on our community. We are extremely proud of taking a small business that we started with just the two of us we’ve grown significantly and we take great pride in taking care of our customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied.
Outside of work, we enjoy camping, spending time on the lake, and going to the beach. We’ve been married for seven years and together for 10. We have a blended family of four boys and a girl. Our oldest son recently promoted us to grandparents. Our second oldest is serving in the Air Force. Our middle son is at college at the University of Tennessee while our daughter is enjoying high school. On weekends you might find us camping or on the lake in our boat.
It’s a great honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve you and we hope to be the local glass shop you can trust and rely on for many years to come.
