We had a large broken window with tint. Glass Guru replaced it quickly, and the color of the tint matched perfectly. Only downside is the repeat follow up emails asking for reviews, but I probably wouldn't have left this one without them, so I guess they're effective.

We have wood windows that are 16 years old and leak or don't slide well. Glass Guru replaced the jam liners for us and now they are better than new. A fraction of the cost of new windows! Staff is very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

We had two broken windows, Glass Guru got a tech out to give us an estimate same day and once they got the glass order in, got the work completed quickly and did a wonderful job! I've only dealt with one other glass company before on a major overhaul. I should have called these guys to begin with. We replaced two large upstairs and downstairs windows. Estimated 3 weeks for delivery. They called a week later and said they windows were ready. Matt came out and installed both, quickly and meticulously. It was interesting seeing how this was done on these two particular windows installed in the 80s. The guy's a pro. I'm a creature of habit and will most likely use these guys forever for any other glass replacement needs.

Glass Guru replaced two glass shelfs for my MIL. We live out of town and were a little nervous about completing the process remotely. All the folks I talked with on the phone were professional, kind and made the process super simple. Matt is a rock star! He arrived right on schedule for both the measuring and install and even called when he was on the way. He helped store an extra piece of glass and reviewed what weight items could be safely put on the shelves. Five stars for this company.

We had someone come out and give an estimate a year and a half ago and we sat on it. The estimate was totally fine, we just dropped the ball. I finally decided to give them a call months later. They confirmed that the same estimate still stood, they ordered the piece, called me within the week to schedule, and they were out my house replacing the window within 2 weeks of my phone call. They were extremely fast the day of replacement - leaving no mess behind. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend!

Glass Guru has done 4 glass repairs or replacements for me in the last 2 years. Each time communication has been timely and well-informed. Their work is clean and incredibly quick. The staff have been knowledgeable and honest about the scope of work they can do best.
Called Glass Guru to inspect windows for possible fogging and replacement. They promptly visited and found only 2 windows needed to be replaced. They said our home windows were still under warranty and said we could save $ by going back to the manufacturer and working with them directly rather than going through the Glass Guru. Highly impressed with a company that ethics drives their recommendations rather than the bottom line.
This is a very honest company which I would recommend and use again. They came out after I noticed a window leaking during a storm and showed me where it needs to be re caulked and told me they didn’t see any signs of interior damage. They charged me zero dollars and did not try to up sell me rather truthfully told me that all I needed was something I could get a Lowe’s for a few bucks. Very impressed with that. You rarely see a company be honest over up selling products and services

These guys are so professional and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Not only that they can also replace any rotted wood for an additional cost. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Matt, Tony and Chris. Arrived on time for estimate and later that day received quote. Once we decided to hire them, I scheduled the install which was just a week out to allow time for glass to arrive. On day of install they arrived on time and it took about 3 hours to install our 5’x4’ double pane bay window. The cost was even less than the quoted amount because our window seal didn’t need replacing as previously thought. We are so happy with our window and absolutely recommend the Glass Guru for any cracked glass/window replacement.

Chris brings a strong foundation in construction and service—skills passed down through generations. He grew up learning the trade from his father and grandfather, both respected home builders. With a lifetime in the industry, Chris has an eye for quality, craftsmanship, and delivering a service experience that makes customers feel truly taken care of.
Jon Conner was raised right here in the Memphis area and is a graduate of FACS High School. He went on to further his education at SWTCC before proudly serving with the Memphis Police Department. Jon spent eight years in MPD patrol, gaining invaluable people skills and a deep appreciation for what it means to serve a community. That same passion led him to launch The Glass Guru, where he could continue making a positive impact—this time, through entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys all things water-related. Since 2007, he and his wife Elena have raised their son Cameron, and they share their home with two lovable Goldendoodles, Hartley and Teddy. Weekends often find Jon enjoying quality time with his family at home.
