  Great experience. Came to assess the damage from the bomb cyclone within a day and got us scheduled as soon as the weather allowed for the repair. Because the window position three consecutive dry days were required for the seal which delayed things but they showed up the first day this was possible. All staff including estimator, installer, and office staff were great to interact with. Highly recommend.

  Very pleased with the Glass Guru and would use them again. Once upon a time a lawnmower met a rock… the results were one broken window. The window unit has 3 sections to it and only one was broken – plus the rest was in great shape. Thus we just wanted the glass replaced on the one. Because the frame is wood it was a bit more expensive everywhere. But Glass Guru was not only the cheapest (by just a little) but they also returned my call, sent out a person to give an accurate quote, kept me informed on the status of the window production, installed the window and left no mess. I also appreciated that they asked me how urgent the need was so they could prioritize people that had actual shattered windows. Mine was just a crack so I didn’t mind waiting a bit. Overall, it was an ideal experience. Would recommend to anyone needing window help

  These guys are great! Someone tapped my floor to ceiling kitchen window and it spiderwebbed causing cracks that allowed frigid air to flow into the house. Despite the freezing temperatures, they were prompt and efficient with the estimate and installation. I would definitely use them again!

  25 year old house with a very difficult glass replacement job. First thing is that they were even able to figure out a fix…only company out of 3 that could do it. On time, professional, clean fast and really good guys. We’ll definitely call them in the future.

  When I called to order a new screen door, they were very responsive and scheduled a free estimate within the week, came out, measured and collected half down. But I didn’t hear from them for 3 months and they claimed they tried to call but I got nothing on my cell nor email. So we coordinated installation within a couple of weeks and the tech came out, installed the door, and it fits perfectly. They are expensive-just over $600 for one door and I didn’t pay for disposal of the old door because I thought it should’ve been included. Since they originally said it would be 6-8 weeks and didn’t follow up at all, I gave them 4 stars for dropping the ball.

  The owner came out as planned to review the job. I quickly had an estimate and time frame. My jobs were not an emergency.
  EXCELLENT service, polite and quality work. Job #1 the team of 2 came in and assessed the work area. They were able to replace the window, seal and clean up efficiently. They even took the time to explain what they were doing. Prices were also reasonable compared to 3 other bids.
  
  Job #2 was much more difficult since the window framing was damaged by a handyman. This team had the knowledge, creativity and the tools to do the whole job. They were also efficient and friendly.
  Photos attached of before and after. I still need to prime and paint trim.
  I am grateful and appreciate their talents and will definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable compared to 2 other bids. I am glad I chose Glass Guru. They and their work are dependable. Thank you

  Love our shower glass enclosure. The guys with Glass Guru did a great job installing the glass and not chipping it going up our tight stairs. They were very easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

  We had a window shift and it left a substantial gap that ran about 2′ down one side so I just called the nearest repair company and am very glad that the luck of the draw led me to Glass Guru. They are very responsive, professional, and fairly priced. They came out to look at the problem, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work for the next morning. Eric showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, and had the project wrapped up before I knew it. Great experience for me and will be my choice if the need arises for me, my company, or anyone asking for a referral; I highly recommend.

  I compared prices and Glass Guru offered best pricing, by far. The office staff, estimator and installer were all very professional and kind. Despite current supply chain issues, my window replacement was done in about a week. They had originally quoted me 4-6 weeks. They really exceeded my expectations. We have used Glass Guru twice in last 3 months (a couple of cracked windows here) and had excellent service both times. Highly recommend.

  The customer service by Stacy, and the in-home service by Derrick and his technician were all outstanding. I was kept informed about the order status for the glass, and the arrival time for the repair. The work was done efficiently and beautifully. And the cost was very reasonable too, and they did not even charge me to spend a few extra minutes on some of my old windows. They were also courteous and respectful, taking off their shoes before coming inside my house. I am so happy now that the work is done. Everything is back to normal. I definitely recommend this company. It is their second visit for two separate glass breakage incidents, and I was satisfied both times. We need more companies like this!

  I have used The Glass Guru for a large glass tabletop. I asked them to use their best judgement for the details, I was very satisfied with the glass dimensions when I got it.
  
  I reached out to them for door repairs on a set of Andersen doors, they came over that day and repaired all of them (first time I can actually use my doors without kicking them shut!).
  
  Having them put in a doggy door next, looking forward to that!
  
  Overall extremely satisfied with their service and response time. I especially love the fact that I can use my doors again.

  Our son ran through our screen of our rear sliding door. I called around a few vendors and got a hold of Glass Guru. I had an appointment for a couple days later.
  
  They installers called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and were prompt and on time. After determined that I did not need a new screen and it just had to be re-screened. They took the door off, repaired it, then made some adjustments and it works better than before. I figured it would be a minimal charge plus trip fee. They did not even charge me. I insisted but they said there was no charge.
  
  What great service. I can’t recommend them enough.

  Don and team are amazing, not sure what is up with these other reviews, most seem to deal with the person answering, maybe they used to use an outsourced service as they are busy installing, not sure but my experience was perfect start to finish! I had 3 huge, I mean huge windows installed, one in my shower, Don’s suggestion and he was so right on the money, it looks awesome, two others in my master bedroom, and 2 solar tubes in the closet and one in the bathroom, A ++++++ all the way from these guys. I absolutely loved the crew that showed up each time, one is Don’s son but the other two guys were awesome too. They cared for and respected the space, went above and beyond helping me, even did a bit of extra work for which i feel bad about as I didn’t have any cash on me to tip them.
  
  I personally will never use another glass company in this area as long as Don is running the place. They are busy, if you want something tomorrow, maybe not the best choice and if you do need something tomorrow maybe try being nice and maybe. Fact is all home builders are slammed in the area and there are delays, these guys went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their pricing was fantastic and their advice was priceless. Don took the time to offer his suggestions on my remodel, 95% of which I used, as a result I know that my remodel was more successful and looks just wonderful. I’ve been doing a lot of remodeling the last year and have worked with a lot of companies, a lot of good companies, I can say I liked these guys the best hands down, no contest. Thank you Glass Guru of Redmond Team! You guys are the best, I truly appreciate the work you did on my place and the advice you have offered, you have earned a customer for life!
